We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Empireofthebras.com will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label, provided a wrong or damaged item has been shipped. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
• Please allow Empireofthebras.com 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• Empireofthebras.com will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The intimates products are not returnable unless they are damaged or wrong item has been shipped. The customer needs to ensure that they order correct size, color and quantity. All items are true to US sizes unless otherwise clearly stated in item’s description.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if damaged or wrong item) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
